PB Real Impact was created for people who want more from life than chasing success.
Over the years, I realized that many people are looking for guidance that is genuine — especially business, sales, confidence, mindset and life balance. Not recycled motivational quotes or online personas but honest perspective.
To provide honest guidance, mentorship and real world lessons you won’t find online.
To give true life perspectives and answers to the challenges and questions that you will face and can only obtain through real life/real work experience.
Many people enter sales and business having to learn everything through trial and error, navigating pressure, rejection, uncertainty and self-doubt largely on their own.
Sharing allows us to help each other be better versions of who we can be without having to go through the anxiety that comes with the objections and speed bumps we all face.
If you are a professional, entrepreneur, established sales person or if you are just starting your journey into sales. If you are feeling burned out or ambitious and struggling to balance life. This is what motivated me to want to share.

Life continues to teach us lessons, through success, setbacks, relationships, challenges, growth and experience.

My Story
For over 40 years, I’ve worked in professional sales, built relationships, grown businesses, supported a family and learned something most people discover too late:
Success means very little if it costs you your peace, health or quality of life

Built Through Experience
I started my journey into professional sales at the age of 17, while my friends from high school were enjoying their summer holidays at the cottage or backyard parties, I was carving out the beginning of what would become my career. I didn’t know it yet but I had also just met the love of my life and future wife.
From early on I discovered the importance of family and what being a provider to my family would be as motivation for success in business and life.
Over my career I gained experience in almost every type of sales imaginable — retail, wholesale, B2B, direct-to-consumer, inside sales and corporate sales.
Despite all of the differences, each type of sales had one thing in common:
People
What I learned is that success in sales is rarely about pressure or scripts. Its about connection, trust, understanding people and building meaningful relationships.

The Turning Point
Over time, my definition of success began to change.
After decades in sales, business growth, responsibility and providing for my family, I started to realize achievement means very little if it comes at the expense of your family, well being or quality of life.
I began seeing more and more people struggling to balance ambition with happiness. Talented people were burning themselves out chasing success, while quietly losing the things that mattered most.
At the same time, I realized that many younger people entering business and sales were looking for guidance that felt real — not flashy motivation or online “guru” culture, but honest perspective from someone who had actually lived it.
That perspective became the foundation for PB Real Impact.
This platform’s created to share real-world lessons about sales, confidence, balance, mindset, relationships and personal growth — through the lens of real life experience.
Because true success should improve your life, not consume it.
